How does the process work?
You place your order by paying the down payment and accepting our terms. (have a example photo/design ready before ordering for quicker production time)
We'll send you an e-mail to confirm the details and pricing for your custom within 24hrs after you place your order to make sure we get the proper details of what you’d like and so everything is clear and right. The email will come from "info.support@dzdiamondz.com"
When full payment is made your customs details will be sent to our factory and production will start.
It will take a minimum 15 to 21 days for your Custom to be completed.
After your custom ready, we'll ship out and shipping will take 4-7 days.
How long does it take in total?
• Your custom will take maximum 3 to 4 weeks in total.
• Custom orders are Non-Refundable, please order with this knowledge! (PRODUCTION STARTS AFTER FULLY PAID)
if custom design cost less than down payment you will be refunded the remaining amount!
